Your content remains yours:

• You retain full ownership of all stories, recordings, and photos you create or upload

• You control who can access your content through our sharing features
• When you delete your account, your content is permanently removed

You may not use Memoira to:

• Engage in any illegal activities
• Upload content that promotes violence or harm
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Send unsolicited communications or spam
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt our services

• Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• AI-generated content may not always be perfectly accurate
• We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of France.
